Classes will be mostly demonstration with some hands-on classes, depending on the topic.   

• You are welcome to volunteer to assist with classes.  Please call to sign up. 
• Recipes and any text used will be provided.
• Aprons will be provided for hands-on classes and assisting.
• For hands-on classes, please tie long hair back.   
• Pre-payment (credit card, cash or check is required for registration 
• In the event of cancellation, pre-paid registrants receive class credit in the form of a gift certificate if notice is received two days prior to class.  If weather should force us to cancel a class, pre-paid registrants will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate.
